1 General Overview and Definitions

2 Account Registration
Opening an account on 456ba is completely free. However, accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. 456ba reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.
Registration Terms
- Each individual may open only one account.
- Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same mobile number or email address.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

Account Security
- Your password must be kept completely confidential.
- No one else may be allowed to access your account.
- Any suspicious activity must be reported to support immediately.
- You should not leave your device without logging out.
The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. 456ba will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account.
3 Age Verification
When registering an account or making any financial transaction, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age. 456ba may request necessary documents for age verification at any time.
If it is proven that a member opened an account while under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately and all wins and losses will be considered void. 456ba is committed to protecting minors from gaming.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The 456ba platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
- No maximum limit is set (limits may apply depending on the method).
- Deposited funds are added to the account promptly.
- Using a payment method registered in another person's name is prohibited.
- Records of all deposit transactions are retained.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

5 Bonuses and Promotions
456ba offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which the user must read carefully before claiming the bonus.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement to unlock the bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning you must bet 25 times the total of your deposit and bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus; you must complete a total turnover of ৳2,500 × 25 = ৳62,500.
- A member may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the turnover requirement is completed.
- If a bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be automatically cancelled.
- 456ba reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Misusing bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts may result in account closure.
VIP Program and Cashback
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
VIP levels advance through active and regular participation. Cashback is calculated each week and awarded subject to specific conditions.
6 Gaming Rules
All games on 456ba are conducted fairly and impartially. 456ba ensures that users receive fair outcomes in all games operated on the platform.

Slot game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.

Live casino games are conducted via live streaming with real dealers. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface.
⚽ Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on the results of cricket, football, and other sports. Winnings from successful bets are added to the account immediately after the result is announced.
If a technical error occurs in a game's result, 456ba reserves the right to cancel the bets for that game and refund the original stake. 456ba will not be held liable for any winnings or losses caused by technical issues.
7 Prohibited Activities
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same individual.
- Bonus Abuse: Misusing promotions or bonuses, or claiming bonuses through manipulation.
- Fraud: Registering or using an account with false information.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money transfer or laundering.
- Hacking and Intrusion: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Automation: Using bots or automated software to play games or place bets.
- Third-Party Accounts: Using someone else's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Fraudulent Payments: Making chargebacks or fraudulent payment transactions.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
456ba reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
Reasons for Temporary Suspension
- Information collection is required for verification.
- A suspicious transaction is under investigation.
- A security risk has been identified on the account.
- Instructions from a regulatory authority.
Reasons for Permanent Closure
- Involvement in prohibited activities mentioned in Section 7.
- Registration with false information.
- Proven to be a minor.
- Court order or legal obligation.
Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat. Any valid unused balance (free of turnover conditions) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9 Limitation of Liability
456ba is an entertainment platform. Users participate entirely voluntarily and at their own risk. 456ba is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming or betting.
- 456ba will not be held liable if a game is interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or a device issue.
- 456ba accepts limited liability for issues relating to services provided by third parties (payment gateways, game providers).
- If services must be suspended due to government restrictions or legal changes, 456ba will attempt to provide prior notice, though this may not always be possible.
- 456ba is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war).
- 456ba's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
